Cast Iron Wok

Enameled wok in cast iron that cooks efficiently. Wok, sauces and soups can now also be prepared on the BBQ.

Height 8 cm • Diameter 32 cm • Flat bottom

Use:

  • Flame tamers below the gridiron must be removed before the wok is placed into the MGS.
  • Preheat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Brush the wok with oil that withstands high heat before ingredients are put into the wok.

Cleaning:

  • Clean the wok by hand with a mild dish detergent before using the first time.
  • Never put in dishwasher.
  • Do not use a metal brush when cleaning.
  • Clean with water and a nylon brush after each use.
  • Store in a dry environment.
