Cast Iron Wok
Enameled wok in cast iron that cooks efficiently. Wok, sauces and soups can now also be prepared on the BBQ.

Use:
- Flame tamers below the gridiron must be removed before the wok is placed into the MGS.
- Preheat for 5-10 minutes.
- Brush the wok with oil that withstands high heat before ingredients are put into the wok.
Cleaning:
- Clean the wok by hand with a mild dish detergent before using the first time.
- Never put in dishwasher.
- Do not use a metal brush when cleaning.
- Clean with water and a nylon brush after each use.
- Store in a dry environment.
